Fuss Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you received the goods. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively email@example.com
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.
As an exception, if you have had a reaction to any product you have used and would like to exchange or refund, we generally require a form to be completed for reporting to the manufacturer.
All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the purchaser but may be refunded in the case of any fault on our part. We recommend you return the product via insured, registered post.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
To all our valued clients
As a small business we rely on having our clients turn up to their booked appointments. When you don’t attend your appointment or do not give us enough notice (that you can’t attend), we turn away other clients which is not fair on us, or them.
To protect all of our clients’ appointments, our business from loss of trading and the affordability of treatments, we have introduced a 50% booking deposit* deductible on the day of your appointment from the total cost of your service.
If you are unable to pay your deposit at the time of booking, we will require your credit card details (that will be securely stored on our booking system.)
Your credit card will only be charged if:
- You do not provide 24 hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment;
- You arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment; or
- You do not show up to a scheduled appointment.
It would be awesome if you could arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that you don’t miss a single minute or your treatment.
