What’s the difference between waxing and sugaring? Sugaring is a form of hair removal that resembles waxing but is gentler on the skin and is all-natural. Sugaring tends to hurt less than waxing because it pulls less on the skin while still effectively removing the hair. This also means that you will have a lot less irritation and redness.

What type of wax do you use? Depending on the client’s preference we use strip wax and hot wax. We only use hot wax on the face.

How often do I need laser sessions? Depending on your hair cycle and the density of the hair, you may require anywhere from 6-10 sessions

Do you do lash lifts? Unfortunately due to the high risk associated with this treatment we have decided to no longer offer this service

Can laser hair removal  get rid of my grey hair? White and grey hair cannot be removed with laser treatment as it lacks that all-important pigment that the laser is attracted to

Can I have laser treatments when I’m pregnant? No, we do not perform laser on anyone who is pregnant or post pregnancy whilst breast feeding.

Do I need to tell you if my medical history changes? Yes, it is important to let us know if any medical history has changed as some treatments and products may be contraindicated to specific conditions and medications.

What skin conditions do you treat? We treat Acne, Ageing, Rosacea, Pigmentation and many many more!

Do I need to wear a mask in salon? We require all our staff and clients to wear a mask in salon (unless they have an exemption), when your treatment is ready to commence your mask can be removed.

Do I need to show proof of my vaccination status? No, we do not discriminate at FUSS, we do recommend if you are feeling unwell that you reschedule your appointment.
